# T11 verdict, 31 August 2026 (occupied bins field-wide; leads, not discoveries; the L858 fork empty as in T6)

Scored under FREEZE.md (commit 3c99851, before any fetch). Full table: results/T11-RESULTS.md. Fetch log: results/fetch_log.md. Deviations: DEVIATIONS.md (none; operational notes only).

## The frozen reading that applies

The field is not all-empty, so the OCCUPIED reading applies, in the frozen words:

> OCCUPIED BINS = leads, listed with counts and rung dates, explicitly NOT discoveries (own-level testers are usually shallow kits filed high for lack of data; follow-up would need to distinguish a shallow kit from a true block-splitter, which public data may not permit).

## The result

- Scope assertion passed: 82 corridor-consistent + 78 mixed + 60 insufficient + 4 UNRESOLVED = 224 houses; 448 rung-slots, 414 unique rungs; zero mapping failures; structural parents agree with T9's records in all 224 cases. The 142 non-corridor houses are excluded on the election's geography premise (a premise, not a finding); the unscored tail of 725 houses is unswept.
- All 414 rungs terminal: 406 OK, 8 UNRESOLVED at FTDNA (each logged per house in T11-RESULTS.md, the J-Y519675 pattern: direct lookup fails and no SNP search resolves), 0 FETCH-FAIL, 0 UNATTEMPTED. Three rate-limit aborts were handled by the frozen abort-and-resume rule.
- **119 of the 406 fetched rungs are occupied, holding 154 own-level unresolved testers in all, touching 105 of the 224 houses** (33 of 82 corridor-consistent, 23 of 78 mixed, 48 of 60 insufficient, 1 of 4 unresolved). 113 houses are empty at both rungs.
- The occupancy is small and flat: 93 rungs hold exactly one tester, 21 hold two, five hold three or more. Top counts: J-Y17067 (FTDNA J-BY49136, edge 7900 to 250 ybp) 6; J-M339 4; J-Y370750 (J-FTH50380), J-Y464420 (J-FTE6208) and J-Y75099 (J-F14941) 3 each.
- The skew toward the insufficient class (48 of 60 occupied, against 33 of 82 corridor-consistent) fits the shallow-kit explanation: small, thinly characterised clades accumulate unplaced kits at high nodes.
- **The L858 family's own fork stays empty on a fresh fetch: J-Z1865 = 0 and J-Z1853 = 0, reproducing T6's clean null. J-M205's fork is likewise 0.**

## What this does and does not change

These 119 occupied rungs are the complete public-data lead list for a surviving, misfiled gift-line within the qualifying field; any follow-up starts there. They are not discoveries. The frozen occupied reading assigns leads and nothing else. Post-freeze commentary, labelled as such: with 29 per cent of the field's rungs occupied and half its houses touched, an empty fork is the field's modal state, so the L858 house's empty fork (already priced by T6) looks typical rather than distinctive in either direction, and the corollary that no house gains or loses standing from the sweep is this commentary's, not the freeze's. The visible-shelves caveat, restated: a partial-block man mis-filed under a named daughter is invisible to any bin count, so the sweep tests visible shelves only.

**After T11 the modern-data programme is exhausted in fact as well as in intent.** Every remaining discriminator is ancient DNA: the Ubaid conjunction prediction, corridor bones on or near the Z1865 to Z1884 stem, the discovery signature (a lineage splitting the Z1853 block), and T8's conditional Genesis 10 echo. No site change was made; the deferred family-light site addition still awaits Mike's sign-off.
